Key Tasks:
Greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling, and confirming appointments
Entering or verifying patient information into the system
Collect and post payments including credit card transactions
Requirements:
Strong telephone, communication, computer, and time management skills
Must be a people person with a great attitude and attention to detail
Multi-lingual is a plus (Spanish preferred)
Eager to learn the job
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
